10 (fruit spread + bread)

35 - 10 = 28

28 - 3 = 25 (luxuries).

hence i can save 25 every week if this works out.

and i wouldnt be getting much other than carbs and vitamins for lunch. meh its revision time anw. i wouldnt need all the protein.
